Our SMT workshop is equipped with ±30μm high-precision pick-and-place machines, 10μm 3D SPI optical inspection systems, and fully automated solder paste printers and reflow ovens. Every board is produced with exceptional accuracy and process stability.

Automated Assembly & Testing

In the assembly area, we use fiber laser markers, automatic dispensing systems. , and four high-efficiency production lines. Every module undergoes visual inspection and automated electrical testing to ensure both appearance and functionality meet strict quality standards.
